Email
If you do not already have an email address with a public email provider (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Hotmail), you can create as many as you like for free on the web. I recommend Google, as searching and organising your email is very quick and easy (as you might expect from the world's leading search engine). Google mail can be accessed from the web, or you can set it up with your email client (Microsoft Outlook or whatever) - there are full instructions in Google's help pages.
